Reservation Cancellations

Standard Bookings

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled check-in date may be subject to cancellation charges equivalent to one night’s stay.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional rates, discounted offers, or special packages may be designated as non-refundable. Such reservations are not eligible for refunds, modifications, or cancellations unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

Booking Modifications

Requests to modify reservation dates or room categories are subject to availability and prevailing rates at the time of the change. Additional charges may apply.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during booking.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or financial institution.
Typically, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

Hotel-Initiated Cancellations

In rare circumstances where Badakshan Bliss is unable to honor a confirmed reservation due to unforeseen operational reasons, guests will be offered:

A full refund, or
Alternative accommodation arrangements, where possible.

Force Majeure

Badakshan Bliss shall not be liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Severe weather conditions
Government restrictions
Public emergencies
Strikes or civil disturbances

Refunds in such situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable laws and booking terms.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be denied in the following situations:

No-show reservations
Early check-outs
Violation of hotel policies
Non-refundable promotional bookings
